Work preparation (m/f/x)

What you do:

  • Interface between sales, design and production
  • Responsible for the planning and control of production orders for the production and product area
  • Checking and ensuring that delivery deadlines are met
  • Determination of production capacities in coordination with production and mapping of these in the system
  • Creating and checking parts lists
  • Pre- and post-processing of production processes for control purposes
  • Coordinating production routes across departments
  • Creating work instructions and evaluations
  • Editing and maintaining work plans
  • Accompanying projects and individual tasks in the work preparation environment
  • Optimizing and safeguarding production processes using tools (e.g. visualization, work plans, scanner technology, checklists)
  • Carrying out new planning and defining production processes in accordance with ergonomic and business management findings

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed technical training or degree as a technician or comparable qualifications
  • Communication skills, a high degree of flexibility and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Independent and autonomous way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of CAD, desirable
  • Quick grasp of technical issues
