What you do:

• Technical and organizational management of production for the Protection and Accessories division
• Preparation of production and assembly planning
• Continuous optimization of all key production processes, also with regard to increasing digitalization
• Support in improving work organization and order evaluation
• Coordination of the responsible project participants
• Checking compliance with quality specifications and delivery deadlines

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in the metal sector or comparable training
• Ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician
• High level of technical expertise paired with economic thinking
• Sound professional experience
• Interest in a digital way of working
• Commitment and resilience
• Class B driver’s license an advantage
